Service
Nimira provides an AI-powered relational intelligence assessment service. The service conducts a structured conversation and generates a psychological analytical report ("Report").
Not therapy
Nimira is not a medical service, psychological therapy, or clinical tool. The Report is an analytical document based on your responses and is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It does not constitute a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional psychological advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nimira. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Account and sessions
No account registration is required. Each session is identified by a randomly generated ID stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your session ID secure if you wish to return to your session.
Payment
The full Report requires a one-time payment of $29 USD (or local currency equivalent). Payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All billing, tax, and refund obligations are handled by Paddle under their terms.

Intellectual property
Your Report is generated based on your unique responses and belongs to you. The Nimira platform, AI models, methodology, and all associated intellectual property belong to Dimitri Khvedelidze / Nimira.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Impersonate others or provide false information to manipulate results
- Use automated tools to interact with the service
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the Report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
