We want you to be satisfied with your Nimira Report. Since our product is a digital report delivered instantly upon payment, our refund policy is as follows.

Eligibility for refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email founder@nimira.io with your Paddle transaction ID.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Paddle's standard refund policy applies to all purchases made through nimira.io.
